Grandmaster Henry Cook has been practicing Martial Arts for over 40 years and is the founder of the Seven Winds Flying Fist system. His training has been extensive and diverse. His knowledge consists of Judo, Chun Do Kwan, Tae Kwon Do, and three forms of Kung Fu, including Wing Chun. Grandmaster Cook has received many awards and much recognition for his Martial Arts. He has been awarded Most Outstanding Instructor and most notably, he has been named three times to Black Belts Hall of Fame.

Despite his commitment to consistent training, Grandmaster Cook has remained active in his community. He created the Night Hawks many years ago, was the recipient of the prestigious Step Award, and was stunt coordinator for the movie, "Winner Takes All," as well as fight choreographer for an upcoming action movie.
